CURRENT ACTIVITY
Sector Agri food:
Since December 2012 I have been entrusted to solve a production and quality problem on behalf
of Sugalidal in Portugal. The factory is one of the largest European producers of tomato derivates.
The problem was resolved.
Project Seneca- Italy
Since 2013 I have been involved in a agri-food project for vegetable (4° gamma) and meat/chicken
Focused to verify all step of the production starting from the field, to verify the traceability , to
monitor all parameters ( chemical and microbiological) to define the yeld of the production for each
step then to define a specific check list for auditing included the weight of the various aspects
checked.
In this project was involved two important Companies ( Linea Verde for vegetable and Martini for
meat/chicken)

Position: Specialist Advisor
I took part of missions in Kosovo, Serbia, Belarus, Mongolia, Armenia and Jordan.
The target is helping industries in the listed emerging Countries with training and assistance
programmes destined to improve management, quality and innovation in various fields among
which, (pharmaceutical -4 projects- in particular in Armenia I advised on the start–up of a new
pharmaceutical plant, and in Kosova in April 2010, I produced and presented a report on
GMP/GLP to the first international Kosova Congress of Pharmacy), civil, chemical for mining
industry, cosmetic, packaging.
-In all projects I reached or exceeded the expectations of the clients..
