have cardiovascular disease.

● Diabetes
● Excessive drinking
● High blood pressure

4. SYMPTOMS
● Chest pain
● Lightheadedness
● Nausea
● Shortness of breath

5. PREVENTION
● Eat a healthy diet
● Limit alcohol
● Manage diabetes
● Reduce stress
● Manage blood pressure
● Engage in physical activity

6. EXERCISE
● 30 minutes of moderate intensity
aerobic physical activity such as
walking five days a week.
● 20 minutes of vigorous aerobic
activity such as jogging three days
a week.
● Take stairs do yard work or walk
around while on the phone.

7. DIET
● Add more fiber to your diet by eating raw
vegetables and fruits whole grains and beans.
● Consume lean meat .
● Consume less than 6 grams of salt per day.
● Eat at least 2 serving of fish per week.
● Limit alcohol consumption to one drink for
women and two drink for men.
