Supply at energy upgrade solutions for
hotel ‘s offices and supplementary space.
The solution
We avoided partial solutions, like
replacement of lamps and we have decided
to replace the existing lighting fixtures with
LED technology lighting fixtures. The result
was to secure maximum energy efficiency
and greater life expectancy of the installation
throughout time.
The result
The replacement of approximately 500
lighting fixtures of 80W with LED technology
ones of 42W, led to the reduction of energy
costs by 50% and amortization of the initial
investment within 15 months.

atmosphere, showing goods in their true
colors and illuminating to best advantage
their form and texture.
The lighting scheme works hand in hand

maintain and sufficiently versatile to allow

The project
As part of its environmental commitment and
in order to reduce its energy footprint,
Unilever Hellas asked our Lighting
Department to upgrade the lighting systems
in the company’s new offices.
The solution
Focusing on fully meeting office space
lighting requirements while achieving
maximum energy efficiency, we used LED
technology lighting fixtures for excellent
performance and energy savings.
The result
We successfully met performance and
lighting quality requirements while reducing
energy costs by 45% compared to a
conventional fluorescent lamp solution. The
initial investment for the 765 LED luminaires
is amortized in less than 2 years.

Objective of the project
The Divani Apollon Palace & Thalasso
Resort asked us to prepare a lighting cost
and energy optimization plan. Given the
round-the-clock hospitality operation and the
resulting high energy costs, the top priorities
were energy savings and lighting cost
reductions.
The solution
We recommended the replacement of all
incandescent and halogen lamps with LED
technology lamps.
The result
We achieved energy savings of about 80%
thanks to the long life, low energy consumption,
high performance and advanced technical
specifications of the recommended lamps. The
expected payback period for the initial
investment was reduced to 11 months. We
delivered excellent and long lasting lighting quality
by using branded, quality assured products.

Objective of the project
Friesland Campina Hellas SA asked our
Lighting Department to undertake the energy
upgrading of the production floor, offices and
common use areas at the company’s plant in
Patras.
The solution
Considering the specific production area
requirements, we replaced the existing
equipment with LED technology lighting
fixtures, meeting demanding temperature
and lighting requirements.
The result
The replacement of 440 lighting fixtures in all
aforementioned areas resulted in energy
savings of over 60% and a 2-year payback
period.
