 Currently working in AL TAYER GROUPS Central Parts Department as warehouse assistant.
 Ensure a very short time bound logistic operation of automotive spare parts in a highly demanding customer
environment. (Land Rover, Jaguar, Ferrari, Maserati and Ford.)
 Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
 Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas.
 Making sure that all inventory processes are completed on the same day.
 Storing stock away safely.
 Responsible for preparation and sorting of dispatching documents includes BOLs, Delivery Notes etc.
 Processing for Waves according with store transfers, customer orders and store auto replenishments.
 Send the inbound reports to buyers, stores and responsible persons.
 Have to send daily Pre-Delivery alerts to stores.
 Have a good knowledge in Oracle WMS (Warehouse Management System) & and its functions.
 Preparing for packing list by container, pick lists by orders, Replenishment lists, etc.
 Need to send GRN reports of inbound shipments to Finance Department in weekly basis.
 Updating for trackers namely picking report, summary of container, appointment trackers, discrepancy reports
etc.
 Should update with planners and store people for adequate requirements of purchase orders and transfers.
 Set KPI for the team based on the hierarchy and keep track record and related proofs to ensure the genuine
evaluation and desired rewards.
 Maintaining inventory accuracy of 99.9% (Value base) and 99.3% (By lines).
 Implemented highly standard HSSE (Health Safety Security and Environment) practices to comply with ISO
standards (ISO-28000, ISO14001, ISO-18000, ISO-9001 and ISO-22301) owned by At Tayer Logistics.
 I handle over all operation for management absent.
Past Working Experience (FFBL) Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited
 I have worked since 2007-2013
 Mechanicals Spares / Chemicals & Packing Material Receiving, Inspection, and post inspection
documentation i.e. Material Inspection Reports, Material Receiving Reports. Coordination for logistic
arrangement for materials handling with motor pool like Fork Lift, Manual Hydraulic Lift Truck,
Cranes etc.
 Tagging Binning of procured  Returned material from PS, carrying out quantitative and observatory
inspection of material taken on charge. Subsequent storage of material in respective storage location
/Bin designated for individual item code.
 Familiar with material and know its storage requirements in warehouse. Implement racking solutions
in warehouse to improve the usage of warehouse space.
 Have worked Material Issuance Counter as well and familiar with “Data Punching” at Issue counter
such as MRR & MIV / MRV / RRV processing i.e. punching and acknowledgment in (ICS) Inventory
Control System data base & SAP. Material issuance to various sections at plant against Material Issue
voucher. Verification of Material Issue voucher viz’ a’ viz Specimen Signature Cards related checks.
(Must follow FIFO / LIFO & Shelf Life).
 Experienced in maintaining Files / records and record keeping of warehouse related documentations.
 Carried out “Physical Inventory” audit of stock items in warehouse to ensure that balances of items
on ground match with those in system.
 Audit on daily basis Health and Safety requirements are met.

and manpower status report to the Operation Head of Materials Warehouse.
