Working as POS Supervisor with following responsibilities.
Job Description:
 Guides and monitors the sales team ensuring the achievements of business
growth/volume targets within specified time frame.
 Providing regular training to key/Corporate and other merchants on card acceptance
procedures & fraud prevention procedures.
 Ensures timely resolution of merchant complaints and queries.
 Monitors daily/weekly/monthly sales to track performance of each member of the sales

 Repairing Of Verifone All POS Country Wide. (Security Alarm-BAD RTC CHIP).

are mainly using Hypercom T-2100 and Verifone Terminals.

• Downloading / Installation of Point of Sale Terminals.
• Configuration of Omni 5150 / 3750 (Verifone) using Vericentre.
• Troubleshooting of POS Terminals.
• Provide training sessions for the merchants as well as the internal staff regarding POS.
• Converted POS software for new product Step by Step Plan (SBS) and also trained the
merchants.
• Maintaining complete Inventory of POS for North region.
• Collection of required Information from Bank Card System (Card Pro)
• Ensure all POS terminals are working properly and replace out of order POS terminals
immediately.
• Maintain POS activation ratio at or above 90%
• Regularly visit POS based merchant on daily basis.
• Monitoring the monthly volume of complete merchants.

Network Operation Executive at Cyberaccess e-Business Division, Islamabad (July 2002-
July 2005)
Orix Leasing Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. and have introduced State of the Art Point of Sale Network in
Pakistan. Our Network offers Debit Cards, Loyalty Cards, Credit Cards and Utility Bills Payment.
• Responsible for smooth connectivity of Regional Network (Islamabad / Rawalpindi /
entire N.W.F.P region) with head office in Karachi. We are connected through VSAT link
to head office and DDR is configured as backup in case VSAT link goes down. Smaller
branches connect with regional office through DXX / Lease lines.
• Handling & Troubleshooting of Point of Sales (POS) Terminals. We are mainly using
Hypercom Terminals (ICE-5500 & PICE-5000).
• Responsible for correspondence with all our clients in my region like Pakistan State Oil
