Prevent pollution by elimination, source reduction, recycle and reuse.

ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES
• Judicious use of laminates and achieve maximum yield.
• To conserve energy to the maximum extent possible by conducting auditing
regularly and adopting energy saving techniques and equipment.
• To achieve optimum utilisation of water by adopting control, recycle and reuse.
• To bring down the air pollution within the permissible limits by installing related
equipment like fume scrubber, chimneys, dust collectors, etc.
• To reduce effluent generation to Zero level by adopting new technology to extract
component which cause effluents and reuse the material for production..
• Consistent effort to utilize the solids separated from various applications..
• To properly control the handling, storage and disposal of hazardous waste and also
to probe the possible reuse and recovery of the constituents.
• To provide better working environments and to continuously improve it.
• To control all our activities, the aspects of which is detrimental to the community.
• Continuously try to improve the quality of life of employees, surrounding community
by providing facilities required for them.
HUMAN RESOURCES
The company believes in human resources as an asset and imparts all round
development of its employees by providing in-house and external training on
regular basis.
Each work center head has decade of experience in the concerned field.
Our IR relations with the workers is extremely cordial. Though we do not have
an official Workers Union, the requirement of workmen is discussed through
a committee which comprises of representative of workmen. There has been
no disruption in operations of the company due to IR related issues during
the last three decade.

ENVIRONMENT POLICY We at MKE are committed to conserve all the resources and control environmental aspects of our activities relating to production of printed circuit boards.  Innovate and improve processes, equipment, operation, maintenance and other practices continuously for pollution prevention. Adopt cleaner technologies and latest innovations wherever techno economically viable. Conserve resources like laminates, water and energy. Prevent pollution by elimination, source reduction, recycle and reuse. Comply with relevant national and local environmental statutory requirements. Improve well being of employees and surrounding community. Set environmental objectives and strive to meet through involvement of all. To review and revise objectives on continuous basis to attain better standards.

ENVIRONMENTAL OBJECTIVES • Judicious use of laminates and achieve maximum yield. • To conserve energy to the maximum extent possible by conducting auditing regularly and adopting energy saving techniques and equipment. • To achieve optimum utilisation of water by adopting control, recycle and reuse. • To bring down the air pollution within the permissible limits by installing related equipment like fume scrubber, chimneys, dust collectors, etc. • To reduce effluent generation to Zero level by adopting new technology to extract component which cause effluents and reuse the material for production.. • Consistent effort to utilize the solids separated from various applications.. • To properly control the handling, storage and disposal of hazardous waste and also to probe the possible reuse and recovery of the constituents. • To provide better working environments and to continuously improve it. • To control all our activities, the aspects of which is detrimental to the community. • Continuously try to improve the quality of life of employees, surrounding community by providing facilities required for them.
  • 22. HUMAN RESOURCES The company believes in human resources as an asset and imparts all round development of its employees by providing in-house and external training on regular basis. Each work center head has decade of experience in the concerned field. Our IR relations with the workers is extremely cordial. Though we do not have an official Workers Union, the requirement of workmen is discussed through a committee which comprises of representative of workmen. There has been no disruption in operations of the company due to IR related issues during the last three decade.
