• Globalisation is the process of increased interconnection among countries mostly in the
areas of economics, politics, and culture.
• Economic globalization involves the integretion and exchange of capital, technology and
information across country borders. It also affect society, culture, politic and the natural
environment.
4. CHARACTERISTICS
• Improved technology in transportation and telecommunication. Nowdays, a phone, instant
message, fax, or video conference call can easily be used to used to connect people.
• The spread of knowledge and information. The sharing of ideas, experiences and lifestyles of
people and culture.

• Localisation occur as an increasng or a strengthening of local tradition in resistance to
the globalisation practise.
