2. A lot about ‘Generalist Vs Specialist’ has been thought and
debated. Neither significance of Generalist can be ignored nor
importance of Specialist, can be avoided. A Generalist, who
knows a lot about different subjects but he is not expert in any
special subject, he has a lot of worth. On other side, if a Specialist
doesn’t know about different subjects but he is an expert in a
subject, then he has also a lot of significance. Which person is
more successful, Generalist or Specialist? It depends upon
different factors i.e. Personal Interest, Situation, Opportunity,
Requirement and Luck etc. Hence, whether in Employment or
Self-Employment / Entrepreneurship, to be Generalist or
Specialist, please first refer your own choice, interest and
tendency.

3. Now, according to me, if you want to be a Generalist and want to gain knowledge
about different subjects, then there is a major problem that is not yet addressed.
Yes, there is no such type of studies wherein you can achieve your goal and
traditionally you will have to acquire knowledge / degree of different subjects, one
by one. For example if you want to acquire both educations Engineering and
Finance then you will have to do it one by one, that takes a long time, cost and
efforts. Hence, according to my theory, a newest curriculum / degree i.e.
‘Multitalentedies’ should be introduced into schools / universities wherein multi-
talent in shape of combination of different subject of various fields, could be
provided to students who are desirous to become Generalist. Hence, a lot of time,
cost & energy will be saved and a newest domain will be introduced i.e.
Multitalentedies that will be an amalgamation of different fields. Further, if
someone will grow in this field and touches its top, then he will be able to become
expert of different fields at a same time but it could only be possible in case of
God-Gifted Exceptional abilities.
