This document provides instructions for converting a PowerPoint presentation about child development theories into a Prezi presentation. The steps include: 1. Creating the PowerPoint skeleton first by making a master slide and saving the PPT file before adding content. 2. Adding content about various child development theorists, including pictures, biographical information, descriptions of their theories and how the theories relate to the reader. 3. Uploading the completed PowerPoint into Prezi by creating a Prezi account, choosing a theme, and inserting the PPT file to display the content in a path-based format.

PPT, and turn into Prezi

2. FIRST
• Create your master slide:
– On the tool bar: click view
• Click- slide master
• Click- background style
• Click a dark/black background
• Click close slide master view
• Click home

3. Next
• Save your PPT
– Click file
• Save as
• CD ppt gabby (ex)

4. Now
• Create your powerpoint slides
• Fill them in later
– This gives you the skeleton
of your work

• Born, died

6. Theorist:
• Where did he live, study, etc….
• What makes him someone we should listen
too…

7. Theorist
• What type of theory is it? What does that
mean?
• Cognitive: brain stuff…

8. Describe their theory
• What is it? Is there a chart? Stages? How do
they think it happens.

• Make a prezi account: prezi.com
• Click create, choose a theme
• Click insert—powerpoint
– Pick a path theme
– Make sure it shows what you would like.
– Relevant videos are posted the same way 
