Mr Amin Belhachemi was employed in our company from 7 February 2013 to 29 February 2016 in the
department CRM as working student.

The responsibilities of Amin Belhachemi particularly included:
• Independently checking, modifying and sending the daily newsletters and push notifications
for 12 Westwing countries; working with the email service provider Teradata and push sender
Appoxee
• Cooperating and consulting with local CRM teams in all partner countries concerning
newsletter layout and structure
• Analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and creating a dashboard for monitoring
• Supporting the CRM team with tasks like
• Evaluating special mail performances or AB tests
• Testing new newsletter templates and features for all relevant ESPs and devices
• Testing an automated QA tool for news letter checking for rollout
• Assisting the system-integration of a new country to the email service provider
• Assisting the implementation of a newsletter deeplinking link-structure
Mr Belhachemi possesses a particularly well-founded specialist knowledge, which he has always
applied to our business processes in a most effective and beneficial manner. Due to his very good
perception, he was always able to understand complex situations immediately and to find very good
solutions right away. Mr Belhachemi always worked in a proactive manner and completely identified
with his tasks and our company at all times. He always displayed a huge level of dedication and
motivation. Mr Belhachemi was markedly willing to learn. In situations with extreme stress, he always
displayed exemplary resilience.
He completed his tasks autonomously, diligently and according to a weil thought-out plan. He worked
serenely, thoughtfully, target-oriented and precisely. He impressed us in terms of the quality and
quantity of his work. Mr Belhachemi showed an extremely high level of reliability.
After a short training period, he was able to come up with good solutions, even for difficult problems,
and always achieved satisfactory results. Mr Belhachemi always completed his tasks to our complete
satisfaction.
2. He was respected by everyone for his friendly and well-balanced demeanour. He was always helpful,
courteous, and where necessary, he put the interests of others before his own. His personal conduct
with superiors, colleagues and clients was always impeccable.
Mr Belhachemi is leaving our employment on his own accord on 29 February 2016. We regret to see
him go, as we are losing a good employee. We would like to thank him for his consistently good
performance and wish him all the best and much success in his professional and personal future.
