marketing and business development. Mostafa experienced a unique practical case in privatization at the tertiary
care hospital of Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center Jeddah, participated in developing
its related business model, directed its implementation from operational, financial, information technology and
business related aspect and successfully achieved its goals. Participated in introducing JCIA to the Saudi market
and worked on an initiative with King Faisal Specialist Hospital/Research Center and ARAMCO to improve the
quality of private healthcare Market. Through a special task provided by KFSH&RC, Mostafa Altaher introduced
the business model of the Medical services and medical insurance at KAUST (King Abdullah University for
Science & Technology). Participated in setting up the new business model and its implementation process at
several healthcare firms i.e Saudi airlines Medical division. Worked for Allied Medical Hospital Management
company on several projects in the GCC area and the Middle East. All projects’ scopes covered business modeling,
Business Development & Feasibility Studies, Business Planning, HIS Consultancy, Operation & Management and
Strategy Development.
