- 6. • An agreement was signed with The Ministry of Welfare and Social Security to engage in Cash program Transfer (C.T.P) in five states.(North kordofan .SouthDarfur. North Darfur . White Nile and Gazira State ) • In October 2015 we starts our first round • We accomplish 5 rounds till November 2017 Sudapost Millstones in C.T.P
