Tanzania Postal Bank has established sustainable partnerships with various organizations by utilizing its network of 29 branches, 21 mini branches, and 135 agency locations in Tanzania Postal Corporation offices. Some of these partnerships include cash collection services for Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, and Tanzania Revenue Authority, loan disbursement and cash collection services for government organizations, and integration with mobile money providers. However, challenges still remain such as liquidity issues and poor customer service at some Postal Corporation locations. Moving forward, the bank aims to improve liquidity management, training, branding, and controls to strengthen its partnerships.
