Goal:
Improve performance of employee, remove absenteeism and company turn over.
Objectives:
To satisfy our employees and increase growth opportunities.
Success Criteria:
We will fill questionnaires to the employees and get data from them then we will find
reason of dissatisfaction and apply to the employees to enhance their progress, less turnover and
absenteeism and develop growth opportunities. In this way employees will not be dissatisfied and
they will not leave Private Company. Private Company again comes into progress with motivated
staff.
Assumptions, Risk or Obstacles:
We will face first obstacles that employees will not give data easily, they will create problem for us.
Research will late due to collecting the data
Researcher could be ill due to lots of work.
If hypotheses would be rejected then we cannot get actual result.
