negative, there exists
“JOB DISSATISFACTION”
INTRODUCTION
• We have mention some boundaries of project which
are described as
 We will select working People who will fill our data
 We will make questionnaires to fill by Employees
 We will conduct the interview of working people
 We will make objectives of the project
 We will also make some Hypotheses

• We have made few condition of satisfaction which are
necessary for the project.
• 30 questions will have to be made according to the
Hypotheses.
• Cost of the project will be 3000 approximately.
CONDITION OF SATISFACTION
• We have to select only sixty employees to fill our
questionnaires.
• We have to choose only private company’s employees.
• Project must be completed within two months.

Job Dissatisfaction
Goal:
Improve performance of employee, remove absenteeism and company turn over.
Objectives:
To satisfy our employees and increase growth opportunities.
Success Criteria:
We will fill questionnaires to the employees and get data from them then we will find
reason of dissatisfaction and apply to the employees to enhance their progress, less turnover and
absenteeism and develop growth opportunities. In this way employees will not be dissatisfied and
they will not leave Private Company. Private Company again comes into progress with motivated
staff.
Assumptions, Risk or Obstacles:
We will face first obstacles that employees will not give data easily, they will create problem for us.
Research will late due to collecting the data
Researcher could be ill due to lots of work.
If hypotheses would be rejected then we cannot get actual result.

• It is suggested and recommended that Planning is very
important and necessary in the Project because without
planning we waste our time and cannot complete
project on time
• Project should have sequence otherwise it will not
give proper shape

• The project should have WBS; otherwise it would be
Impossible to complete the project
• project should be focus on Scope Triangle that is
Cost, time and resources .
