In reference to Root chakra we
understand that there is a need of
survival and security, yet need to
know the security of what, whom
,where etc.

4. whenever we feel the need to be secured we react in an instinct as the feel of being left out is sooooo strong that it
completely bowls us over. We are so attached or dependent on our comforts or so very much in an inflexible
pattern of life that we do not even realize the need to change and we accept it as a form or granted way of living.
we all have different goals in life, same way we have different insecurities and instabilities, yet at the end of the day
the the main points is the SURVIVAL OF LIFE. It may be survival for finance or relations or health anything.
The moment there is a change in your regular pattern there is a shift in you which we ignore yet we react on it.
what an irony of life .......we fail to understand yet never fail to react on it. This is the place, which talks about your
falling off balance.This is the place you need to be aware of, the place you need to take a pause on and think
.....actually think on our own actions.

5. when major phases that is LIFE and DEATH are recurring again and again and we all know this phase and the end outcome, yet why is there a fear of
change that is continuously happening?
There is a need to find out what it is all about?
How can it be related to Root chakra?
How can you progress from your insecurities through this chakra.
For now a Take away--- I am Safe is an affirmation that can be used by all.
