Portfolio/Program Management i.e. Global Markets Operations segment for Bank of America at BACI for all new
Transitions/Migrations & Change management

Change management from the aligned business area
Instrumental in project allocation to practitioner’s (Project Manager’s) and overseeing/monitoring of allocated projects

2. o Project Plan - Creation of High Level and Detailed Project plan for ensuring project timelines are adhered for
effective management and controlling project deliverables during execution phase enabling Zero Surprises &
predictable execution
o Risk Assessment – Identification of potential risks, consultation/deliberation with risk partners for
control/mitigation plan, develop mitigation plans, implementation criteria and suggest alternative strategies
o Liaison with multiple Risk, Compliance & Legal partners (includes regional and enterprise compliance partners) to
obtain their go-ahead for transitioning work from Onshore locations to BACI
o Perform additional diligence and re-assess regulatory requirements with regional compliance managers/officers
o Drafting new Service Agreements / Service Level Agreements for covering new work/scope basis regional
compliance requirements through-out the project lifecycle
o Formulation/Design of Knowledge Transfer / Training plan for the project with LOB (SME Training, Onshore
training, Virtual training, etc.,) so to ensure associates are well trained on systems, applications, platforms, etc.,
o Direct/Guide other co-partners in facilitating passport, visa, travel tickets, ground transportation, etc., if associate
travel is required to Onshore (LOB) location
o Establishing of Governance plan for timely-reporting of project status, managing the dissemination of routine and
non-routine communications with LOB, Business partners and internal clients, other co-partners, etc.,
o Track Team performance, review variance/trends and suggest ideas for process improvement during the
stabilization phase of the project
o Facilitate and recommend Lines of Business and Operations on finalizing appropriate Business Recovery strategies
o Ensure that project team is compliant with applicable laws, regulations per compliance standards
Travel to Onsite location for designing process flows, FMEA, SIPOC, identification of CTQs, etc. and work closely with Lines
of Business’ teams to ensure project
Execution of the risk plan, implementation of correction action, mitigation, workarounds, update the plan and report the
status before Go Live milestone of the project to relevant stakeholders
Handover project to Operations upon successful completion of all project deliverables
Document learnings from the project and share with other practitioners for calibrations and for continuous improvement
