March 2004 to Till Dec 2009, on Different Positions and Lines in Production Department.
Role & Job Responsibilities
 OPERATOR
From 2004 To 2007
• As an Operator deputed on Rolling & Scrolling BOSCH Plant (Stick Gum), where main responsible of all
aspects from raw material to semi finished product, also control wastages as per standard.
• Due to brilliant controlled output at forming & manufacturing section deputed as an Operator on Stick Gum
Korean Joong ang & German Loesch wrapping machine.
• As per Technical abilities and efficient working in Stick Gum Section on different machines, transferred in
Instant drink section’s Wrapping Machines as Senior Operator, where operate different types of Machines
as MS Engg Vertical, Industrial Machine’s Shrink Wrappe, Enercone Induction Sealing Machine, German
WOLF Pouch Machine etc.

2.  FITTER cum SUPERVISOR
From 2007 To 2008
• As per previous professional and result oriented record promoted as Fitter cum Supervisor of Drink Section,
during this period I Installed Italian Universal Stick Pack Mach Machine with our Technical & Installation
team; Operate and trend operators of said machine after complete installation in regular process.
• During this spell of job main responsibilities was wastages controlling, corrective & Preventive maintenance
with coordination of concern departments, maintaining Men to Machine ratio etc.
 PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Bubble Gum)
From 2008 To 2009
• Due to controlling and vigilant working in Instant Drink Section deputed in Bubble Gum Section as
Production Supervisor to control all aspects related in Production regarding Manufacturing, Quality of
Product, wastages controlling, Men to Machine ratio, Documentation of each job related to process etc.
 PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (CHEW)
2009
• As per my record working at deputed places or section deputed on very critical and serious job of
Manufacturing of Chew as Chew line of King’s Food is from Ter Braak’s and very latest & continuous
production line, at this section I personally did job with foreigner Food Technologists regarding process and
New product’s development as an Main Operator of whole line.
• Also supervise all section as Extrusion, cooling, cut and wrap and packing as well as require.
• Complete Documentation and record keeping of all related jobs is my main responsibility on this line or
whole section.

• To assist the Production Manager in maintaining and managing the department of Bazooka Gum, Center
Filled Gum & Snacks in respect to all aspects including man & material management.
• Weekly Production planning against sales forecast and reviews it on daily basis. Monitor and control the
wastages of Plant, Raw & Packaging Material.
• Achieving production targets and enhancing the productivity.
