Experience in Maintenance
 Responsible to inspect the working of the elevators and perform maintenance functions regularly
to maintain its efficiency.
 Test the performance of the motors, brakes and switches and identify any instance of
malfunctioning.
 Weld the metal frame of the elevators to ensure the elevator car is well structured and is safe for
operations.
 Ensure the motor of the elevator functions efficiently and is capable of handling the prescribed
weight and daily usage.
 Make note of the repairing work concluded and draft a bill for the services provided.
 Respond to the client's complaints and visit the sites to conduct inspections with engineers.
 Lubricate the engine parts with grease and oils and retain its smooth movement.
 Inspect the rollers and cables to ensure smooth movement of the elevator car.
 Adjust the right speed of the elevator to move and stop at destined floor number.
 Check the electrical components and wirings for performance and safety standards.
