1. My Role
 1- I have a strong instinct for all things commercial and always
looking for ways to drive sales and maximize the business while
ensuring all resources are at the correct levels.
 2-I passionate about developing teams to be the best and recognize a
job well done- I will coach and support my team along with appraisals
and reviews.
 3- Look after our customers and ensure they leave us happy and
contented.
 4- I complete labor schedules and other paperwork that supports a
successful business.
 Be able to forecast sales and labor looking at trends and future events.
 5- I am confident in communicating with the business, sharing ideas,
feedback and best practice I may have to deputies for my Area Coach
from time to time.
 6-I will ensure that all Statutory and Company Health, Safety and
Food Hygiene regulations are followed, while adhering to Company
cleaning standards.
 Look after the Team and support them with any employee or relations
issues they may have, this may include investigations, disciplinary and
grievance hearings.
 Coach and develop my management team and managers for the future
adhering to the company training program.
 Very good at (p&l, food cost control, food cost analyses and inventory.
