Editor's Notes
After an analysis of the European innovation scoreboard, we’ve noticed that Danmark is in no need of innovation, ranking number 3 in 2017 as an innovation leader. So we paid a close attention to the first countries ranking as weak innovators. After a culural analysis of the first five in the list, we stoped at Czech Republic. As a culture, the Czechs are very masculine, hierarchical and in need of rules. Showing a strong desire for success and in constant need of improvement we decided that a promotion in this culture will be more rewarding then focusing on the Danish market.
We deny offline or online promotion because the message can stay unclear and also because of costs. Therfore we focus on creating creative campaign.
We decide to go back to the roots of the 1925 model. Today, czech society and politics is divide in question of immigration and racism. There is growing trend of anti-immigrant political parties and growing violence against people of different race or religion. Our idea is to use this controversial topic and bring different people to the table and discuss, how they can change feelings about people of different race or religion. people from different sectors will come for one day to find solution on this problem and they will use 1925 model which will be main decision making process.
We will cooperate with Open foundation society, which is well know foundation, focusing on gender and race equility, better education and fight against rasism and homofoby. This cooperation will give us partner, who is respected on the market, which is better for media promotions. Also we can split costs and we will gain great help with management of event.
Event will happen in Hotel Chateu Heralec, small old hotel in czech woods in central region of Europe. First, invited person will meet and get know each other a bit. After that we will present them a problem. In order to promote 1925 as much as we can, we will give them a short overview about 1925 and also mind map for their process. All event will be live stream on Facebook and youtube. Before event start, we will send press release, so journalist can make kind of pre-campaign. Throught day, team of choosen people will be working on tasks, while Carsten, will help them with better understanding the model.
