Background:
Mike Sheppard is President and “Qualified Employee” (State Contractor’s Board) of Michael Clay Corporation, a “C” Corporation registered in
Nevada with Unlimited A, B, & C Nevada Contractor’s licenses. The Corporation was founded in 1972 by Mike’s Grandfather Melvin McCoy,
owned and operated by current management since 1980.
The company performs primarily commercial, industrial and community building construction projects throughout the Northern half of the State of
Nevada. Over the last thirty five years the company has performed a wide array of projects from Design-Build work for commercial businesses,
competitive bid structural and architectural work for the mining industry, public works construction for cities, towns, counties, school districts,
State Highway Department, State Public Works Board, the State of Nevada and the Federal Government.
The company has fostered and maintains the highest level of professionalism in our relationships with owners, subcontractors, design
professionals, suppliers, authorities having jurisdiction and competitors. The company has earned the trust of our clients allowing us to sustain
sufficient volume with repeat business year in and year out.

Forty Five years of construction experience in all phases of field operations through all aspects of administrative management. Specific
experience in; Project Management, Contract Negotiation, Design Assist, Scheduling, Design Build, Site Development, Concrete, Carpentry,
Roofing and Interior finish work. Active involvement in civic affairs over the last thirty five years broadened my base of contacts and garnished
respect in the public and private sector.
