Operational management responsibility for one of the third largest homebuilding company in the Denver Colorado market.

Division level manager charged with overseeing all forward planning, entitlement and land development activities for a
mid-sized privately held home building company producing 300-500 closings per year. Responsibilities include working
with land acquisition manger in evaluating acquisition opportunities, preparation of land entitlement and development
budgets, directing due diligence functions, interacting/negotiating with various governmental agencies throughout the
entitlement and development process, negotiating contracts and overseeing consultant work efforts, working with land
sellers, managing the bidding, contracting and installation of site improvements. Represent company at community
neighborhood and public hearing meetings.
Currently managing 12-15 projects in different stages of the acquisition, due diligence, entitlement and development

Notable Accomplishments:
Successfully rezoned and platted a 21.5 acre school site into 60 single family home sites in under a year
timeframe in Jefferson County.

Processed entitlement amendments allowing construction of new multi and single family products in three
