Division level manager charged with overseeing all forward planning, entitlement and land development activities for a
mid-sized privately held home building company producing 300-500 closings per year. Responsibilities include working
with land acquisition manger in evaluating acquisition opportunities, preparation of land entitlement and development
budgets, directing due diligence functions, interacting/negotiating with various governmental agencies throughout the
entitlement and development process, negotiating contracts and overseeing consultant work efforts, working with land
