Learning Outcome 1: Be able to create a proposal with sample materials
for an original media product to a client brief
P1: Produce a proposal for the original media product to meet the client brief 
Student has shown excellent understanding of
brief and task. All criteria have been addressed
within the proposal, with good detail on all
sections. Analysis of similar products added
with good detail on techniques used to attract
audience and promote genre/narrative.

Sample materials have been created including
mood board, preliminary sketches, poster
sizes, visualisation diagrams and graphic
layouts. Good clear design and layout.

for product. Images for each product have
been referenced and analysed for suitability.

In order to achieve a pass grade, all pass criteria must be achieved. Learning Outcome 1: Be able to create a proposal with sample materials for an original media product to a client brief P1: Produce a proposal for the original media product to meet the client brief  Student has shown excellent understanding of brief and task. All criteria have been addressed within the proposal, with good detail on all sections. Analysis of similar products added with good detail on techniques used to attract audience and promote genre/narrative. LO1 P2: Create sample materials to support the proposal  Sample materials have been created including mood board, preliminary sketches, poster sizes, visualisation diagrams and graphic layouts. Good clear design and layout. Images for each product have been referenced and analysed for suitability. Evidence of safe working practise. LO3 LO4 Learning Outcome 4: Be able to carry out post-production techniques and processes for an original media product to a client brief P5: Carry out post-production techniques and processes to produce a final original media product in line to the client brief  Work has been produced that follows the client brief that show good use of technical skill. Learning Outcome 4: Be able to carry out post-production techniques and processes for an original media product to a client brief D1: Analyse how post-production techniques and processes create meaning in the media product to meet the client brief  Good annotations used to demonstrate clear understanding of tasks, and of how meaning was created using technical tools.
