I'm assigned as tutor of the class, and with lectures and practicacl simulations i will improve/learn
the following skills: contracts management and analisys of various types of contracts, effective
comunication with trade and labour unions, Collective labour agreement anlisys, creating pay
slips, zucchetti software, payroll and draft of the company budget, internal tax aspects, efficent
comunication with staff and suppliers, welfare and social services related to the business
relaationship.
2. Post graduation course in HR politics and HR management at “Make it
so (Rome)” - 145h, course finished on 05-2016.
I've got theorical and practical competence in: HR management politics, assessment and selection
procedures, creatinng job advertisements and they web marketing, career systems, producctive
potential evaluation, implementation of development processess, planning and execution of
assessment centers, familiarity with labor and trade unions regulations, business english.
2. 5Year degree in Law at “La Sapienza, First University of Rome”,
101/110 – academic course ended on 17-12-2015.
Expertises acquired: knowledge of laws and regulations effective in Italy (common law, civil law,
criminal law, administrative law, canon law, business law etc..), major european law and EU
organizations, International law, political economy; legal affiliated themes research, legal
problematics solution.
Languages: 1. Native polish-italian speaker.

Skills - digital: Good knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office pack; excellent use of the

Skills – soft and meta.: Excellent comunication skills, good listener able to engage others in
usefull exchanges. Since i fullfilled the role of tutor during the master in
HR administration i had a great opportunity to further improve my good
organization and management skills (both of a group and time); skills
honed and practiced with the developing of a project work during the HR
master specialization. Emotional stability and flexibilty of mind are
central in my day to day life; practical mind allows me fast and effective
problems solving. I work well under pressure to reach my goals: years of
competitive sports tought me how to endure hardships and keep in mind
a prefixated goal.

2.Publications and projects
a] As a part of HR management final examination, in groups, we made a project work in wich we
tought and execcute an entire process of recruiting. The project was evaluated at the end by the
employmnt agency IdeaLavoro.
b] Got an abstract published in the online magazine ArchivioPenale n.2 May-August 2013 (law
university group work): “Right to privacy and wiring in criminal law” (Diritto alla riservatezza e
intercettazioni).
3. In many occasions, thanks to my appropriate and dignified behaviour, I
was selected as standard bearer at the Polish Embassy in Rome.
4. Hardworking attitude is the reason I won many medals, trophys and
recognitions in my competitive sports times.
