RE: Michael Bernie Shroder
To Whom It May Concern:
I, hereby, verify that Michael Shroder is of good character and
excellent work performance.
Mr. Shroder was employed as Executive Chef at Stone Point
Supper Club in Grove, Oklahoma, USA. Michael had
extraordinary chef and kitchen management skills when he came
to work for us. During his time with us, he only improved as an
employee. He is the type of employee who strives to make
everything continually better (product, employee education and
inner-kitchen management relations). He is dependable and
honest while maintaining exceptional moral character.
Chef Shroder interacted and communicated well with our
customers and tailored our menu’s to their requests, whenever
possible. He is fluent in several languages, both written and
verbally. Chef Michael is very innovative. Michael can adapt to
whichever type of atmosphere and people he encounters. He is
quite flexible in adjusting so that others feel comfortable in their
interaction with him. Michael is usually very well respected and
liked by his colleagues and co-workers. He is they type of
person who directs his staff with good instruction, as-well-as
pitching in, himself, to get the job done.
Should Chef Michael Shroder find himself in a position to return
here, I would re-hire him without hesitation.
Sincerely,
E. K. Hellen,
Manager
