I write this letter of recommendation with great pleasure. I met Cole when he applied at Seven
Brother Burgers 2 years ago. I was immediately impressed by his positive imposition and the
way he carried himself. He started as a kitchen cook and shortly there after moved up to shift
Supervisor. He managed the front of the house and back of the house of the restaurant. He
dealt with customer care, employee training, team building and daily operations. He is an asset
to the team and work space.
Cole’s strength lies within his work ethic. By nature he is aware of his surroundings and knows
what is expected of him. He takes initiative and gets the job done. He is a team leader and
empowers those around him. He takes great pride in the amount of responsibility you give him
and makes it a point to never disappoint. He is accountable, trustworthy, loyal and will never
turn away from a challenge.
I have no doubt that Cole in any work place will be a valued asset and an added bonus to any
team. He brings people together and lightens the work load. Cole would be my first pick ten out
of ten time; he's that good. He won’t disappoint, I can guarantee it!
