Young Adult Guidance Center, Inc-Residential Manager, Atlanta Ga (December 2015- February 2016)
• Overseeing the nightly duties in the center such as getting kids ready for bed making sure all their chores are
done
• Waking kids up in the morning feeding them breakfast and getting them ready for school or GED class
• Created a log of things that happen on my shift and reporting to staff meetings on Mondays

2. • Overseeing a group of young adults between the ages of 18-21
• Teaching them structure and the value of communication through a hands on way interacting with them
• Making sure the young adults do their chores and follow all the rules of the program
• Teaching them how to job search and how to dress for an interview
VOLUNTEER WORK:
• Tutor and mentored for The Ervin Academy this program is a at risk youth program dealing with teen males I
currently still am a part of the program and have over 800 hours of Volunteer hours I have been with this
program since 2012
• Interned at The Young Adult Guidance Center 2014 before I started working for the company
• Represent as a positive role model for the children
