I had the pleasure of being Michael’s direct supervisor and mentor during his Commercial
Banking Summer Internship at Amalgamated Bank. Under my guidance in the Commercial
Banking Group, Michael gained significant experience which included the development of a
marketing plan for our new business development team.
Michael specifically was assigned a large group of client contacts, and provided useful research
and analysis for the group. The preparation involved analyzing data using Microsoft Excel, and
helping us in preparing to reach out to prospective customers.
Michael’s proficiency in managing multiple priorities highlights his efficiency, and his team-
player attitude was impressive. He worked with many of our colleagues within the Commercial
Banking Group.
