To Whom It May Concern,
Mich Gunderman worked for my company Access TCA from January 2005 until January 2013. During that time
she was employed in a dual role of creative director and account supervisor and later as the vice president of
our creative department and a member of my executive team.
Mich successfully managed account and creative teams simultaneously. She created a collaborative, cross-
department model for teamwork that is the framework for how we work today. Mich also established Access
as a viable player with interactive media and she led her team to create award-winning projects in a variety
of industries.
During her tenure Mich was instrumental in both increasing the profitability and revenue of a number of our
largest clients. Mich was able to accomplish this through her strengths in relationship building, strong analytical
skills, diversity of expertise and constant focus on the overall profitability of the accounts.
In speaking and presenting creative concepts and business rationale to clients Mich has the ability to relate
to everyone in the room. She speaks professionally, confidently and is extremely articulate. Her ability to
respectfully and constructively address difficult topics is a skill that few people possess.This skill set is also
clearly evident in her written communications. Mich is a diligent and hardworking individual with a broad range
of skill sets and competencies from which to draw upon. Her diverse background in creative, financial acumen,
strategic perspective and dedication to her profession will certainly stand her in good stead for the future.
