Integrated Rating (Service Technician Operator) FPSO OKHA Woodside - Helicopter
arrival and departure operations. Crane operations for bunkering and stores from supply vessels,

ships equipment..
Crane Operator Lewek Antares Multi-Purpose Offshore Vessel – Operating 60 ton knuckle
boom crane for all aspects of operational needs.
Integrated Rating Rimfaxer Harbour Tug- Connecting dump barges and towing them out to
the spoil grounds for dumping..Hipping up barges for transferring to dredge. Maintenance of tug
and operation of 10 ton telescopic boom crane
Chief Integrated Rating on Lewek Teal Anchor Handling Vessel – All aspects of anchor
handling, installation of anchors for FPSO including setting anchors and pre tensioning. Fast
rescue boat coxswain and crane operator of 20 ton knuckle boom crane.
Chief Integrated Rating on Dive Support Vessel Skandi Singapore – Fire team leader.
Organizing work and supervising jobs for the Integrated Ratings. Helicopter landing officer, fast
rescue boat coxswain and maintenace of all fire and safety equipment onboard.

2. Integrated Rating (General Service Technician) on FPSO Ningaloo Vision – Rigging of
spool pieces for removal using turret crane. Assisting with swivel repairs. Working with divers
installing blanks for subsea repairs and valve replacements. Personnel transfers from support
vessel to FPSO using a FROG for personnel transfer. Crane operating for shutdown equipment
and stores from supply boat. These tasks where undertaken whilst FPSO was at anchor in
shutdown mode.
Integrated Rating on Dive Support Vessel Bourbon Oceanteam 104 – Helicopter landing officer.
Coxswain of fast rescue boat and workboat. Filling and maintaining breathing apparatus.
Greasing and operating stores crane and taught wire for dynamic positioning.

Integrated Rating on Dive Support Vessel Toisa Proteus-Maintenance of lifeboats and
firefighting equipment, assisting riggers with installation of subsea equipment. HLO (helicopter
landing officer) in charge of all helicopter arrivals and departures. Operating 20 ton crane for
loading and backload of supply vessels as well as operating crane for preparation of subsea
equipment.
Integrated Rating on Drill Ship, DS Chikyu – Responsible for maintaining deck machinery,
helicopter operations and maintenance and crewing of fast rescue boat. Also assisting in engine
room work as required and transferring of bulk provisions from stand-by vessel.
Integrated Rating on Seismic Vessel—Responsible for the ships husbandry. Maintaining and
operating cranes and rescue davits at sea and whilst alongside. Responsible for all helicopter
operations. Fire team leader. FRC coxswain.
Integrated Rating on Jabiru Venture FPSO—FPSO duties as above, also worked on Challis
and Skua Venture FPSO’s whilst employed with BHP Petroleum.
Integrated Rating on Crude Oil Tanker— General seamanship, ships husbandry as well as
watch- keeping Tank cleaning cargo watches.
Integrated Rating on Supply Vessels— Working in conjunction with FPSO’s, Oil rigs,
Production Platforms for the purposes of re-supply of various stores including bunkering
operations.
Integrated Rating on Semi Submersible Oil Rigs— Day to Day maintenance and upkeep of
various systems onboard the rig when and where required. Maintaining and servicing all
firefighting equipment and lifesaving apparatus.
Electrical Fitter Mechanic on Construction Sites Ashore— All aspects of new installations of
electrical equipment as well as maintenance on heavy machinery
