Assembly Test Technology Development- Test Equipment Technician.
Responsibilities include, monitoring equipment operation and maintaining
factory availability to meet factory requirements. Perform high level
equipment maintenance, Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal, and Pneumatic
troubleshooting and repairs. Perform established maintenance strategies
and concepts to eliminate waste in maintenance and Preventative
Maintenance activities to minimize impact to factory performance. Owning
preventative maintenance specs and toolsets, drive specification changes
Virtual Factory wide, assist in the completion of Level 1 processing, Design
of Experiment’s and New Product Introductions. Understand complex
interactions of all input variables that impact both equipment and product
quality and capacity (equip, electrical, temp, pressure, etc.). Effectively
manage Build of Material’s for several toolsets.
Certificationsinclude; Level 1,2,3 and FSE equivalent, and tool owner on
multiple test and handler equipment.

End Of Line Test Technician. Responsibilities include accountable for
processing material according to complex, documented procedures,
collecting and entering data, monitoring operations and maintaining
process and metrology equipment. Assist equipment technicians with
equipment repairs, troubleshooting, configuring tester modules, and
performing preventative maintenance. Regularly cover for supervisor.
Level 2 Equipment Certification obtained on all test handlers and testers.
