Our mission: Prepare students to excel in core subjects, develop strong critical thinking and problem solving skills and acquire an arts, humanities and technology background. 3. Who can enroll? What’s the cost? Any student entering grades K-8 who resides in Arizona. Students must be able to travel to the on-site location once a week. It’s free. We’re a public online charter school.

8. Innovative & engaging instruction Our courses are taught by highly qualified instructors. Available daily through email, instant messaging and directly connected during online class time. Testing results and feedback provided within 24 hours for all online course work.
9. Innovative & engaging instruction For students in grades 5 and higher, students meet with content area teachers (math, English, science). Frequent communication and feedback from the teacher. Parents provide guidance and support as needed for young learners.
10. What does it look like? Students log on daily. They read announcements and access their course work. They have real time meetings with their teachers according to the schedule. They complete work and receive individualized feedback in a timely manner. They meet with their teacher face-to-face once a week for an in-depth Paragon session.
11. How does the schedule work? All students will have set class times online with fellow students and their teacher each week. One day per week in the classroom is required. Additional professional teacher time will be available but not required. Students will have a schedule of due dates for online course work which can be done at any time of day.
12. Connected community of learners Instructors are available daily for support with lessons and to provide guidance on course work. A technical help desk is available during regular business hours. Additional tutoring is available free of charge.
13. What do we need to participate? A computer, printer, and internet access will be provided to all students in need. Transportation is required to and from the on-site classroom one day per week. All learning materials will be provided either online or distributed during the on-site day.
