11. What went well
• Overwhelming, but determent to do good
• My attitude towards everything they gave me
• Being a reporter both on TV and social media
• Working in groups and also taking leadership
• Asking questions
• Listened when they had constructive criticism and learned from my mistakes
• Brainstorming and creative ideas
• Made a good first impression meeting new people
• Represented TV 2 in a good way
• I really enjoyed myself, had fun and made good friends
• I did a good and hopefully lasting impression

13. What would I have done
differently?
• Once in a lifetime opportunity
• Saying yes to often because I didn't want to let people down
• Not an octopus with eight arms, I can’t do everything all the time
• Social media not that challenging, should've said something about it sooner
• Improve my impression of myself
• Going into something with confident

14. What have I learned about myself
• It’s okay to be nervous
• Stop underestimating myself
• Office work from 8-16 is nothing for me
• Being and working with people makes me creative and passionate
• I like working in an environment with a lot of men
• Being positive, having a good attitude and always put on a smile helps
• Don’t be so stubborn with what sport I prefer working with, be positive
• I really enjoyed taking photos, something I would like to pursuit further
• Sports journalism is definitely something for me
• I still have a long way to go

15. What's up next?
• Learn as much as I can during this last year
• Develop good skills in sport journalism
• Keep in touch with my contacts in TV 2
• Keep up to date with everything happening in the media world
• Work more with Photoshop
• Might end up taking a special study course in sports in Norway
• Build as much as I can on my CV
• And hopefully end up in TV 2 one day
