1. 1. What did you learn in pre production that you will consider in your actual c/w?
It gave us the opportunity to practise designing storyboards and a script. Also we learnt how
to do an overhead plan which three of us haven’t done before.
2. What did you learn in production that you will consider in your actual c/w?
We learnt that when filming it takes a long time and you have to make sure you include a
variety of shots.
3. What did you learn in post production that you will consider in your actual c/w?
We learnt that everyone had to contribute when editing and designing the music, so it
would speed up the process. Also we learnt to play to our strengths so we get the best
grade. For example if someone is good at editing we should let them take some control.
4. Identify any mistakes you made or what you would do to improve if we're to do the preliminary
again
We were unsure on how to focus the camera when doing the eye line match therefore we
need to make sure we can all use the camera correctly when we start our draft. Also we
would spend more time filming because we only spent a hour.
5.Explain why the preliminary was a useful tasks in preparation for your c/w.
It was useful because 3 of us haven’t done media before and it was a good opportunity to
have a go at filming and editing before we start our draft and real thing.
