DEFINITION:
“A nervous feeling felt by someone who is going to appear in front of an
audience”. It is also called as “glass phobia” .

When you think negative consequences, apart of your brain, the hypothalamus activates
and trigger to pituitary glands to secret the the hormone ACTH your neck and back
muscles moving your posture in to a slouch. This result in low power position as
your body tries to force itself into a fetal position.
What do you think stage fright can create barriers in communication process
1. End the speech as soon as possible.
2. Avoid any pauses or interruptions during the speech.
3. Hurrying.
4. Avoid eye contact with audience.
5. Fighting to hide your fear.

Beaware that the stage fright is common for all peoples. Understand the
most of the people in the audience would be to death to give a speech
to ,and are glad that it is you not them .

or audience in front of you. For musician and public speakers eye contact is essential.
For atheletes and dancers the eye contact is not so important.
