- 10. Dyeing • They can provide 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, blend and all are reactive dyed. • They have their own dyeing plant with 18 machines • 8 Sample Machine= 10 to 50 kg • Bulk Dyeing Machine = 50 kg to 1600 kg
- 11. Cutting • The fabric is cut according to the specifications of the design • They have two bend knife machines • They also have 16 long cutting table of various sizes of 120 feet, 80 feet and 60 feet. • Their daily production capacity 48000 to 50000 pcs.
- 12. Sewing • They have a setup of 1400 machines and a 2200 strong workforce • They also maintain the international standard
