• Syadwad Impex Pvt. Ltd. is a readymade, high fashion
garments manufacturing company established in the
year 1976 at New Delhi, India. The company specializes
in manufacturing woven fabric apparels for women and
kids. 39 years of experience in the industry has helped
us in developing a thorough understanding of technical
aspects of the business.
• At present, majority of the clients are in different
European countries such as Spain, England, France,
Denmark, Germany, Sweden and Belgium.
• The primary premise of the company is located in
Noida, Delhi area. With over 250 direct drive stitching
machines, state of the art pattern making and cutting
infrastructure, latest washing and finishing equipment,
well qualified personnel and social compliance, the
company has a capacity to ship over 40,000 pieces a
month.

5. Company(Highlights>
• The primary manufacturing unit is a modern, four story building with
32,000 square feet area. The unit is made ensuring all social norms
are met.
• At present, there are approximately 250 stitching machines installed
in the factory premises. The unit has capacity to increase the
number of machines to approximately 450, more than doubling its
present capacity.
• The company has BSCI compliance (
http://www.bsci-intl.org/about-bsci). It is ensured that workers are
provided with good healthy working conditions and facilities.
Furthermore, company ensures all its operations are environmental
friendly. We have a specialized Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP)
installed to ensure wastewater cleanliness.
• The company has a detailed quality inspection policy in place
headed by a strong Quality Management team. All garments are
checked for inaccuracies at least 6 times during different stages of
production. This ensures garments that are packed are of good
quality.
• Since the time company has ventured into exports, it has enjoyed
zero shipment rejection record.
• Till date, all the shipments have been sent on time. This has resulted
in a long-term relationship with most of our customers. With some
buyers, the association has been for over 20 years.

• The company has equipped itself with latest technologies
available in the apparel industry. List of some of the latest
systems installed in the company:
o CAD system for pattern making, grading and automatic
layer marking, The system is capable of reading variety of
CAD formats used by clients all over the world
o Fully functional digital plotter capable of layer marking in a
wide variety of widths.
o State of the art apparel washing infrastructure – Industrial
washing plant with automated Tumbler.
o Automatic interlining, pin-tucking machine
o Latest UBT stitching machines installed to improve
productivity and manufacture high-quality garments.
• The primary objective of adopting and installing the latest
machinery is to increase productivity, overall efficiency
and quality of the garments.
