-have to prepare ABP (Annual Business Plan).

- Reports to the Chairman of the Audit Committee and the Chief Executive.
- To discuss the findings of audit reviews with management on a constructive
basis in order to develop the most appropriate, proportionate solutions to
issues arising.
- Plans financial, regulatory, compliance or operational reviews/audits.
- Coordinates work with Risk, Legal & Compliance and other control-related
activities and with others within Internal Audit.
- Performs audit procedures to verify that controls are operating through

- Prepares timely audit reports for executive management, the Audit
Committee and the Board of Directors.
- Contributes, as appropriate, in the year-end financial audit with the external
auditor.
- Provide feedback on performance of Internal Auditors, on audit assignments,
as applicable.
