• Dealing with Office at SEZ area to releasing material and issuance of Form-I, ARE-1 and
any other legal matters.
 ESIC & EPF departments:
• Follow up for deduction of ESI & PF deductions with HR department and handling any
notices relating to ESIC & EPF departments.
 Labor Department Central & State Govts.:
• Apply and renewal for Labour licenses for the company and coordination and follow up
for Sub-contractor Licenses. And submission of annual returns and statutory deductions
for the same.
 Legal Metrology dept. ( Weights & Measures):
• Certification of Calibration for batching plants, weighing cells etc.
 RTA Department State Govt.:
• Permits and Fitness for all company vehicles.
