Promotional Item, Printing & stationary, Construction, Fixed assets, Spare
parts, Reagent & chemical, Supply & other purchase, Hired Vehicle, VRM,
Loan Materials and others cash purchase )
 Process accounting vouchers by providing proper coding and posting into the
system
 To prepare Various Expense report (as per requirement)
 Assist to prepare financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet,
Cash Flow etc.) of the group on regular basis as desired by the supervisor.
 Making Entry to all relevant documents like vouchers & in the software.
 Maintain proper filling and record of all transactions and statements of the
Group in a systematic manner and Ensure safety and security of financial
documents.
External Audit Related work . Already face three yearly financial audit like Hoda
Vasi Chowdhury & Co. audit Firm.
 Capable with Accounts Software (Enterprise Business solution) & All other
Software.
 Skills of Oracle (Customize) accounts Software
