Strengths
 Ensuring the safety of riverine vessels.
 Overload conditions can be detected automatically.
 Launch conditions can be monitored remotely.
 Launch engine can be shut off remotely in overload condition.
 A alarm system will inform the passengers.
 Passengers can check the launch status using app too.
Weakness
 The mobile network is not strong enough in everywhere.
 Continuous power supply is required for the overall system.
Opportunities
 The mobile Network might be improved in riverine area.
 GPS data can be used to find the drowning point of launch.
 Solar energy can be used for the power supply of the system.
Threats
 Without mobile network, the system is vulnerable.
 Continuous power has to ensured for proper feasibility of system.

SWOT Analysis Strengths  Ensuring the safety of riverine vessels.  Overload conditions can be detected automatically.  Launch conditions can be monitored remotely.  Launch engine can be shut off remotely in overload condition.  A alarm system will inform the passengers.  Passengers can check the launch status using app too. Weakness  The mobile network is not strong enough in everywhere.  Continuous power supply is required for the overall system. Opportunities  The mobile Network might be improved in riverine area.  GPS data can be used to find the drowning point of launch.  Solar energy can be used for the power supply of the system.
