Conflict Areas
Conflict-vulnerable areas refer to communities that are proximate to conflict-affected areas where
possible side-stepping of armed groups is imminent. It can also include geographically isolated and
disadvantaged areas whose resources, actual or symbolic, are deemed valuable by the armed
group. (DO 32, s. 2019) Schools are situated in high hazard (natural or manmade hazard) areas
with high vulnerability and exposure but have less capacity and resiliency. (UNDR)
2. IPED Schools The program envisions for the empowering of Indigenous Peoples and their communities to claim, exercise and protect
their rights to peace and development in accordance with their cultures and traditions shall adhere to the achievement
of the following: Improved Access to Formal Education.
3. Madrasah
Education
Program
A comprehensive program in public and private schools that aims to provide
appropriate and relevant educational opportunities within the context of Muslim
culture, customs, traditions, and interests through the integration of the Arabic
Language and Islamic Values Education (ALIVE) in the basic education curriculum.
4. Multigrade A multigrade class consists of two or more different grade levels in a single
grade classroom manned by one teacher for an entire school year.

and shall be reproduced by the school . It is
suggested that it shall be done discretely.

The School head shall select the Test
Administrators/Proctors for the Tests. The Test
administrator/proctor MUST NOT BE TEACHING THE
GRADE LEVEL BEING TESTED. There shall be one
proctor for every testing room.
Note: 20 is the maximum number of learners in a testing room.

The testing venue shall be prepared by the schools to ensure
that a maximum of 20 learners can be accommodated with

The Division Office through the Division Testing and SMME Coordinator shall ensure that the
