In our last survey 93% of people placed are still employed after 12
months and 87% after 2 years. We made over 433 placements
during this survey period.


We get results –93% of placed candidates are still employed after 12 months and
89% after 2 years. In 2013 we made 436 placements across Australia.

  • 4.  Established in 1996, privately owned Australian firm with offices in Sydney, Perth, Singapore and London.  Averaged 26% year on year growth over the last 5 years.  Customer retention rate of 89%.  Offer both Contract and Permanent staffing solutions.  Staff Attrition rate of 11% over the last 5 years.  Average tenure of current consulting team staff is 3.6 years.  Average tenure of our management team is 7.8 years.  In our last survey 93% of people placed are still employed after 12 months and 87% after 2 years. We made over 433 placements during this survey period.

Individual E-learning program. External Training Allowance up to $3k per annum. Emphasis on self accountability for continuous improvement.
