1970. Our 40 years of experience in the recruitment and
personnel industry has lead us from a purely Gauteng
focused business to a national and international player.
Unique Personnel has always prided itself as being

Unique Personnel endeavour to make the placement process
as streamlined as possible for both the candidate and the
client. A recruitment portal has been designed to help assist
with this process. The portal allows candidates to submit their
CVs where trained consultants effectively manage the process
of assessing the candidates’ CVs and appropriately setting up
appointments for potential employers. This process is done in
strictest confidence.
The following recruitment process is adhered to:
1. Obtaining a detailed job specification from the relevant
HR contact or Line Manager/s.
2. Selection and assessment of candidates for suitability for
the role through competency base systems and search.
3. Approaching and interviewing suitable candidates.
4. Presenting screened, reference checked
and competent candidates.
5. Coordinating interviews with the HR/Line Managers.
6. Providing timeous feedback.
7. Employment Offer Negotiation and management.
8. Provision of relevant market intelligence.

5. Guarantee period:
Unique Personnel provides a 12 day guarantee which will be
honoured provided that full payment is made within the agreed
payment terms.
The guarantee:
Unique Personnel will provide a replacement candidate within
5 days in the event that a candidate who has been successfully
employed is legally dismissed or has tendered their resignation
within 90 days of employment.
In the event that Unique Personnel is not be able to provide a
replacement within the said period of time, Client will be entitled
to a credit of the placement fee based on the following scale:
1-4 weeks: 80%
5-8 weeks: 40%
9-12 weeks: 20%
NB: All credits will be applied towards future placements
Unique Personnel’s proposal to our clients:
1. Unique Personnel will issue one of our best recruitment
consultants for 5 days a week every week to the
client branch.
2. The recruitment consultant will fall under
Unique Personnel’s direct employment and payroll during
this period.
3. The recruitment consultant will be issued with a laptop and
cell phone as well as any other equipment required.
4. The recruitment consultant will be instructed to report
directly to and work directly with you and your department.
5. The consultant will manage and maintain all of your
permanent and temporary recruitment, selection,
interviewing and any other HR procedures outlined by you
to Unique Personnel.
6. The consultant will have full access to Unique Personnel’s
candidate database and resources including:
a. Full access to Unique Personnel’s third party
candidate portals
b. CCMA assistance from Seeta and Management at
Unique Personnel
c. Salary evaluation software and assistance
d. Criminal, qualification and credit check portals and
online services
e. Labour Law Consultation and assistance
f. Full function HR software reports and evaluation
g. Any and all resources available to Unique Personnel

FEE STRUCTURE ONCE UNIQUE PERSONNEL HAS
BEEN APPOINTED:

• The consultant will maintain the Human Resources
Recruitment Online Management ERP system which has
been created for Client throughout RSA and SA
• All reports for candidates appointed or short listed will be
made available where any appointed or short listed
candidates’ full CV including necessary information such
as reports and information will be stored and immediately
accessible to the Line Manager or HR department at Client
• The consultant will manage and maintain a talent pool of
possible candidates with Unique Personnel for Client
• The consultant will arrange up to three shortlisted
candidate interviews directly with the line managers
involved per position with Client
