I. Introduction
In recent years , along with the integration of our country into the region
and the world , with the orientation of the country's economic development since
2020 , the general corporate and business enterprises say private confronted with
major challenges . Integration means many advantages but also many difficult
obstacles for businesses . So the line between success and failure becomes more
fragile , competition becoming ever more acute . The market is a vital factor for
every business sector in general and in furniture manufacturing business in
particular . There is now a new market can consume the goods . Since then , a new
business can be profitable to produce operational turnaround of its business .
Therefore, marketing activities aimed at expanding the market becomes more and
more important for every business. Businesses trying to search for the appropriate
market their products , the ability to produce the company's business .
An Tien trading & Services Limited Company is a private enterprise
specializing in production and sales, purchase and sale of professional gift items
such as clothes, backpack, bag, stationery ... As a relatively young company
should develop marketing activities to expand market is extremely important.
Nguyen Tat Thanh University has provided useful experience for me to prepare
the human resources industry and commercial services in the future. Through this
internship period, I have experienced much useful for my future work and reports
are based on what I learned during this internship.

The main purpose: Trained training in a professional environment to go
along with the experience gathered during the development process so when a
company has identified its business orientation is to bring production best
quality for consumers with professional working style, and contribute to
resolve employment, contribution obligations to the state budget, stabilize and
improve the lives of workers, staff.
Specialized in producing all kinds of garments such as bags, wool scarf,.
Etc. Major markets are Japan (accounting for over 90% of sales). A number

Scheduled to practice my company, I wake up early in the morning of the 2nd
with a suspenseful mood because the first time I was actually working. I
arrived at 7:15 pm. Step into the two companies I met him right protection.
Mr.Dinh (table name) asked me to see? Is there anything? I introduce myself
as a student intern, to meet Ms.Lan of business room. Mr.Dinh show for me
just the way the sales department and marketing. I walked along the road and
up the stairs, knock on the door and entered the room, everyone was working,
I asked him near the door most of her working desk Netherlands. He said that
she had to go meet a client, told me to come back next day. I greeted him and
then leave.
Date 11/10 :
Today I went to the company with mood nervous as last time. This time
I went straight to Ms. Lan‘s room. I do not really know her face because I
have not met Ms.Lan once , just know her name through the introduction of
an acquaintance . This time , I asked him yesterday,Ms.Lan 's desk and he
pointed to me and wished me luck. Step up to the table in the middle of the
room , I greeted her and she smiled happily greeted me . The conversation
took place rather smoothly due Ms.Ms.Lan is a pleasant and gentle . I talked
to her and presented my profile with the purpose of trial practice . After
listening to her say that she guides me some rules of the company and
promised to try to help me in this process in practice . She said I could come
in and practice the following week . I thanked her and said hello to her and

2.2.2. Week 2: 14/10-18/10
Day 14/10:
This is the official practice day of my first. Just like the day before I
arrived at 7:15 pm and the company straight sales department and marketing’s
room, I knocked on the door and entered the room. I greet everyone in the

room. Looks they seem quite busy. I sat down in the chair and walk around.
Ms.Lan is pretty busy so sure I can get next to her computer to read
documents on the company in the meantime. After completion of the work,
Ms.Lan has a free time for my seating arrangement in front of a bulkhead
behind her, so that I can add to ask if you have any questions, Ms.Lan
psychological truth. At first, people should not have anything approaching
11a.m , I can leave.
Day 16/10:
Today I arrived at the company earlier than 7:00. This is also the training
officially my second. The feeling was less nervous, anxious with much hope
hon. I went to my room, greeting everyone in the room. Ms.Lan gave me
some material about the company and the company's contract research for me.
Today Ms.Lan said in a meeting when reading it out of. By 11:15, I greeted
the brothers and sisters out of the room.
Day 18/10:
Next week I go to practice. Ms.Lan guide me some simple office skills such
as some photo material, scanner, .... She said the first few weeks trying to
make things simpler, needs nothing, the siblings in the room will help. By
10:30 am I greeted everyone and then leave.
Conclusion: The Week's first and second official practice is so pretty
smoothly for me. It has not really worked, but I still feel good, I've been
familiar with a new environment, unfamiliar than in college. And it helps me
be more confident to continue the work of the next week.
2.2.3. Week 3 :21/10-25/10
Day 21/10:
I came into the company at 7.30 and greet people. Today follow plan, I have
to learn about the organizational structure, functions and departments

especially business and marketing’s room. My room had 7 people, so do note
Hai’s head, Ms.Lan was deputy. 5 people left in charge of the areas of sales,
expenses, publications, professional, professionals in the area. Ms.Lan guides
me aggregate sales figures helped her. At nearly noon she asked me to help
her first photo of the documents. By 11a.m, I popped out of the room.
Day 23/10:
Today I continue to learn about combining functional departments check sales
figures in 2012 help Ms.Lan make the final report this year 2012.Hom
siblings in the room seemed quite busy, I set medium do their job, 40% of the
work done, I would like to leave at 11:30. Ms.Lan appointment me on next

departments. In particular I have had interesting conversations, practicing

Conclusion:

Day 22/11
Today, I moved back side warehouse for Ms.Lan and Ms. Hong. Quite
cluttered warehouse of the company's publications, gift marketing programs. I

2.2.7. Week 8: 25/11-29/11
Day 25/11:
Also as usual I was in the company at 7.30. Today I helped Ms. Hong in
charge of cost of sales and the company's publications in the publication votes
in the machine. Then put into practice with the bills and contracts. It is quite
simple to acquire and I was right. Last time I gave back to her. 11a.m, I
offered both room and left.
Day 27/11 :
Go to company as usual. I helped Mr. Tin, specialist in the area of District 1 -
> 5 photo some documents. Then Ms.Lan gave me one of the project data on
county fairs 6, helped her set up an excel file as required. I'm also pretty good
with the excel so much used in school work so I do pretty fast. Then I email
them to her. She thanked me. The remaining time, I enlisted some reading
material on the area of company sales. By 11pm I left.
Day 29/11
Today, I go with Ms.Lan to go out and survey some dealer about goods and
price. Because there are many travel agents but the car should also be relaxed
mood over. Ms.Lan each agent, say hello and ask them about the market

take care not every week? .... The actual work ended at 12pm. Ms.Lan and I
went out for dinner and always, the company did not return again

experience will help me gain experience for future jobs.
2.2.8. Week: 2/12-6/12
Day 2/12:
I arrived company at 7.30am. Today Ms.Lan asked me to check into the
quantity of each agent. Inventory quantities and for Ms.Lan total monthly
number of agents. She give me your username and password to the company's
programming, production data collection agents. The ones they do not know
or have any questions just ask me. I've increasingly seen not as friendly
atmosphere in the room, people talk to each other to exchange fun. I can
exchange chat with people in a natural way and feel like you are part of the
organization. After the set finished, I handed over to Ms.Lan her report. 11:30
I hello everyone and I left.
Day 4/12
I has just arrived company, Ms.Lan asked me to paste paper on the analysis
and contract documents for the director to sign. This work is enduring,
because the relatively small volume of paper and paste that requires both
hands, not overlap, if so arranged and difficult to see no sign omitted.
Afterward, I moved into the room to the administrative director. Then, I won
less free time to ask Ms.Lan about some things in my report. I also ask you

This week I was finishing my report, I came to the company on the last day of
the internship period. I helped Ms.Lan some records. Just do me just chat with

completing the internship, thanks to the company to facilitate the exposure I
can practice. Finally, I say goodbye to everyone and left.

negotiation - negotiation in sales , team-building skills in sales

Hopefully next time I'll be more training on marketing skills to be
confident with the workload more and more pressure in the future.

and mentor more
