The CLEANMIST® range includes a vast series of oil mist centrifugal filters. Air polluted by oil mist or liquid coolant is channelled into the centrifugal filter, going through the intake with mesh to prevent solid materials from being suctioned.
2. Air polluted by oil mist is efficiently drawn into the centrifugal filter, via the mesh protected
intake which prevents solids such as swarf from entering the system.
A cone-shaped diffuser ensures the mist particles and vapours are evenly distributed
inside the impeller, where they are rapidly spun and pushed towards the filtering panels.
As they pass through the panels, the particles coalesce, forming droplets, which are then
drained to the outside through a specific drain pipe.
The purified air is thus channeled towards the upper part of the centrifugal filter, where,
if necessary, it is treated with a final cartridge or with a electrostatic final filter (EFF).
The CLEANMIST® range includes a wide choice of oil mist
centrifugal and electrostatic filters to suit all applications

The EFF (Electrostatic Final
Filter) works on the principle
of ionization of the polluting
particles.
The air leaves the CleanMist®
filter and passes through an
“ionizing” section where the
particles up to 0,03 microns
receive a strong electric charge.
The air flow passes in a second
“collecting” section composed
of plates with negative electrical
charge. The ionized contaminating
particles are attracted to the plates
acceding to it.
EFF - Electrostatic Final FilterOptional:
Silencers
HEPA after filters
Electrostatic Final Filter (EFF)
Pre-drainage systems to
prevent overloading the filters
Baffles to ensure optimum
performance
Wide range of supporting
frames for specific installation
requirements
Instruments to notify the
condition of the filters
including a usage gauge
to determine maintenance
requirements
The air treated is returned to
the environment with 99% of
the impurities removed, and
the plates can periodically be
easily removed for cleaning.
