Key Responsibilities :
 Preparation of pre & post contract documents, and negotiation with clients, suppliers &
subcontractors. Liaise with all departments, consultants/clients.
 Reviewing scope, time & cost impact ensure technical feasibility of project designs and engineering
activities, identifying Risks associated with the completion of each package, preparing mitigation
measures are in place.
 To check the tender documents and ensure that complete documents, addendums, new revisions etc.
required for project tender are received in proper order.
 Review of project specification, Design/shop drawings for MEP service.

2.  Communicate with main contractor/consultant for clarification and discrepancy if any on the received
tender in consultation with Manager – MEP.
 To take off material quantities from the MEP tender drawings of Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing
and Drainage works.
 Sending enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors to obtain necessary quotations, information from
suppliers, subcontractors for the tender works.
 Preparation estimation and costing as per the specific requirement of the project tender.
 Obtain necessary quotations, information from concerned internal divisions of our company (like ELV
System, Security System, Fire Alarm System, Fire Suppression System and HVAC System) for the
tender works.
 Preparation of accurate material quantity, estimation, costing with complete MEP summary including
project management cost, overheads and margin as per the specific requirement of the project tender.
 Discuss with Head of the Department (Manager – MEP Division) in details with complete working
sheets and suppliers quotations.
 Preparation of offer letter and BOQ to clients/main contractor for the project tenders.
Coordination and Follow Ups:
 Coordination with all other engineers, Draftsmen for the relevant documents preparation, necessary
information to complete the tender.
 Coordination and follow up concerned supplies/subcontractors etc. as and when required.
Responsibilities for Project Execution:
 Working under the supervision of a project manager and involved in the day-to-day running of project
activities, attending site meetings and carrying out site surveys.
 Technical evaluation of the equipment’s and material, material submittal preparation.
 Preparing daily program of project activities and inspecting daily project activities and reporting to
project manager.
 Quantities take off from workshop drawings of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing &
Drainage for purchase request for materials required to project.
 Preparing Bill of Quantities, Payment Certificates & Variation or Change Orders of Electrical Works,
Plumbing & Drainage Works, HVAC Works and Fire Fighting Works.
 Prepare material submittals of Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing & Drainage Works as
per specifications.
 Preparing method of statement for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing & Drainage Works.
 Preparing work schedule, organize and assign the work to the supervisors, Foremen and team of
technicians to carry out works conforming to the specified quality standards.
 Sourcing of materials/services, certification of payments, costing and subsequent settlement of
variations including new rates, value engineering, review and finalization of claims, close out of
Contract (TOC, DLC etc.) and contractual correspondences etc.
 Oversee on-site construction works in order to ensure that operations are carried out in the safest and
most efficient manner and operating procedures and standards are correctly followed, taking corrective
action.

Electrical HV& LV Works:
To estimate, execution and supervising of LT/HT installations which includes LT switch gears (like
MDBs, SMDBs, DBs, ATS Panels, Capacitor Banks, LT fuse switches, switch fuse units, contactors,
thermal over load relays, HRC fuses, motor starters, circuit breakers, single phase preventers, rotary
switches, actuators, timers and change over switches). LT / HT underground cables and overhead
power transmission lines. Internal & external lighting fixtures and lighting controls. Conduits and
Wiring of internal & external lighting points, small power points, isolator points with isolators.
Cable Trays, Trunking, Earthing and Lightning Protection. Electrical Distribution Transformers,
Electrical Motors, Diesel Generator Sets, Water Lifting Pump Sets, Booster Pump Sets and Irrigation
Pump Sets etc.
Low Current System:
To execution and supervising of Structured Cabling, Telephone and Data Points, SMATV System,
Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Voice Evacuation System, CCTV, Access Control
System, Audiovisual System, Emergency Lighting System, UPS, Audio & Video Intercom System
etc.
Fire Fighting:
To estimate, execution and supervising of Fire Fighting works which includes fire extinguishers, fire
extinguisher cabinets, hose reels with cabinets and valves with related GI pipe works, Sprinklers and
valves with related GI pipe works, Fire Fighting Pump Set (Electric + Diesel + Jockey) and valves
with corresponding GI pipe works in pump room, fire suppression system (FM – 200), external fire
hydrants with external pipes and fittings.
Plumbing & drainage:
To estimate, execution and supervising plumbing works which includes external drainage, sewage,
internal drainage soil, waste, vent & rain water, external water supply, internal cold & hot water,
PEX system pipes & fittings. Valves, Water Transfer Pump Sets, Water Booster Pump Sets, Sewage
Sump Pump Sets, Irrigation Pump Sets, Calorifiers, Domestic Water Heaters, Solar Water Heaters,
Roof Drains, Floor Drains, Floor Traps, Floor Cleanouts, Vent Cowls, Manhole Covers, Gully Traps
& Gully Trap Covers, Grating Covers and Channel Gratings. Sanitary wares, mixers toilet
accessories.
HVAC:
To execution and supervising HVAC works which includes FCUs, Air Handling Units, Package
Units, Split Units and Window type AC units. AC Ducts, Duct insulation, Volume Control Dampers,
Sound Attenuators, Plenum Boxes, Flexible Ducts, Air outlets etc., Exhaust fans and condensate
