t persists. According to study after study of international business executives, the
number one concern is leadership. The second is innovation. How are you

You can only accomplish what you have clearly defined. There are many
myths about leadership being automatically aligned with a title. Not so. Many of us have
had interludes with “bad bosses” who believe that because they own the company, or a
supervisor who has been promoted, suddenly has to become a demon, a screamer,
