As per AO 1 S. 2018, HRPPMS is to ensures proper and
appropriate implementation of staffing policies and activities
which involve manpower recruitment, selection, and performance
appraisal / management.

❖ Ongoing process of establishing a comprehensive pre-deployment orientation
❖ On going processing of requests for transfer
❖ On going processing of resignation related transactions
❖ OPCR deliberation and submission
❖ IPCR deliberation and submission
❖ Facilitation of CESPES assessment
❖ Upcoming section periodic meeting
❖ Preparation for ISO certification
❖ Preparation for Level III PRIME HRM Accreditation

conversation and secured area for confidential files)
