As per AO 1 S. 2018, HRPPMS is to ensures proper and
appropriate implementation of staffing policies and activities
which involve manpower recruitment, selection, and performance
appraisal / management.

❖ Ongoing process of establishing a comprehensive pre-deployment orientation
