the Administration Department Supervisor, responsible to oversee the Human Resource requirements of over 3000
people with a team of 15 personnel. Responsive to change; responsible for finding replacement personnel when
unplanned losses happened. In this role excellent communication skills were required in conducting manning briefs and
coordination meetings with 21 Submarines, 2 Major Commanders, and 1 Flag Officer.

Ensured the safe Navigation ability of 55 Submarines across 4 Home-ports in various locations in the Pacific Fleet by
performing 22 navigation evaluations in a 14 month time period ensuring each of the crews were maintaining the highest
possible standards for navigation. Revised all Navigation Regulations for submarines and conducted on site testing with
contractor to facilitate significant improvements in software and hardware for electronic navigation. Oversaw the
